We look after our staff no matter where they may be working. For example, our factory in China employs 150 people now rising to 250 as we lift production from 150,000M2 to 600,000M2. We will overlay similar OH&S standards on our China staff as though they were working in Australia or North America. They will have a superannuation fund, workers union, medical benefits plan etc — we expect all our staff to treat everyone with the respect and professionalism required by our vision.

- To build a national and international reputation as the leader in the supply, marketing and distribution of regenerative and sustainable products.
- To vertically integrate from production facilities in China to global distribution platforms – funds raised from our recent prospectus have been applied to building the production base in China for our bamboo products division.
- To pursue other complementary lucrative joint venture opportunities in China underpinned by tangible assets (ie plant, equipment, buildings etc) – the Company has the contacts, people employed in China and relationships to grasp other synergistic opportunities for comparatively small outlays.
- To establish a global distribution network of operations via professional distributors throughout the world.
- To leverage the intellectual property (i.e. in relation to the “strand woven” bamboo product) housed within the China Joint Venture for other possible applications.
